Description: We worked together with Workshop Brooklyn to create these vastly improved reproductions of mid-century modern chairs. In order to join the legs to the seat bases without complex joinery, and to make it possible to remove the legs for shipment and storage, we created a set of aluminum inserts which allowed the legs to have a flat, perpendicular end with a simple threaded stud, but still each be installed at the correct angle on the chair.
